Smarty Pants - Family Fun at The Charles Hotel

Who says learning can't be fun?! Starting at arrival, the "Smarty Pants" package allows for a family getaway that is enjoyable and educational for all.

The "Smarty Pants" package includes:
- Overnight accommodations in a deluxe guestroom, featuring custom signature quilts and sumptuous down duvets, Séura in-mirror televisions, and Bose Wave® radios.
- For a little extra peace and quiet, an adjoining room may be added for the kids at 25% off the best available rate.

- Upon arrival, the children will receive a personalized "Kid's Kit" with activity books and small toys.
- Three kid friendly books about money, provided by Cambridge Savings Bank. 
- For bath-time fun, children will be provided with bath products from Circle of Friends

- Kids ages 12 and under eat breakfast for free when their parents eat breakfast at the hotel's signature restaurant, Henrietta's Table or order in-room dining (exclusive of Sunday brunch/holiday brunch).
- As an extra bedtime treat, milk and cookies are provided at turndown.
- For added entertainment, children are welcome to borrow any of the classic board games from the hotel's collection.

Eat Local - The Charles Square Farmer's Market

Located in The Charles Hotel’s lower courtyard the Farmers Market runs
Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 
Fridays from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Farmers from Massachusetts and New Hampshire will gather in the summer sun – or rain – to sell everything from artesian cheeses to homemade candies.  Visit the stands of Grateful Farm - organic produce and herbs; Hi-Rise Bread - bread, pastries and jam; Kimball Fruit Farm - fruit, vegetables, pies and heirloom tomatoes; Stillman Farms - conscientiously raised and grass fed meats and poultry; and more each week for the best selection of local treats.
