(Full Time, Hourly)
A Bellperson escorts arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, as well as providing general information regarding the hotel and local attractions.  This position requires basic English language communication skills; exceptional hospitality skills;  the ability to lift and carry heavy packages and luggage; and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances. Candidate must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

 Food server is a member of the Food & Beverage team. Requirements include: basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette; knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items; basic English language communication skills; and the ability to carry large, heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout the shift; must demonstrate the a guest oriented and friendly demeanor.  Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant required. Candidate must have good wine and food knowledge. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, professional appearance and manner, and the ability to multi-task. Line cook is a members of the Food & Beverage Team. S/he is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures. This individual is required to be detailed oriented, works well in a team environment and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner. Ideal candidate must be professional and motivated to establish a culinary career. Candidate must have minimum of two years cook experience in a fine dining restaurant. A culinary degree strongly preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Manager will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising the restaurant associates for an efficient operation. You will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. You should have at least 2 years, or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant management experience.  Ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, creative and experienced Restaurant Manager.   We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, strong food and wine knowledge, and an intense desire to provide extraordinary dining experiences and exceptional hosptitality. In addition, the candidate should be extremely detail oriented and a problem solver, have experience training and managing a front of the house staff and have strong organizational skills. The Wine and Beverage Director will manage a team of sophisticated professionals, and will provide creative solutions to increase beverage sales to exceed budget. A hands-on manager with strong organizational, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is best suited for this position.

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing and assuring the completion of all housekeeping tasks assigned to room attendants and housepersons and maintaining IHR's high standards of cleanliness. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the daily cleaning of the guest rooms, public areas and back of the house to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Must have two to three years previous experience in a similar environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays required.

Housekeeper is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas.  Requirements include: the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment; remain on one's feet for extended periods of time; and an individual who is team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that IHR's highest cleanliness standards are met.

Position is responsible for developing and recommending a group sales marketing plan and budget, the daily operations and training and directing of the sales staff. Must be a minimum of 5 years in Hotel Sales. Looking for self-motivated, out going and team oriented leader who can manage both managers and associates including weekly sales meetings, goal setting, ongoing training, blitzes, coaching and counseling. Will also have aggressive individual booking and solicitation goals. Must lead by example and have positive consistent disposition.

Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for: effective management and direction of the restaurant operations in reference to quality, service, and supervision of team members; monitoring and ensuring consistent high standards in food production; and cost control and inventory. A minimum of one year of experience as a manager, or assistant manager, of a restaurant operation required. The ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required. Previous bartending experience required.

Candidate must have two to three years of experience in a scratch kitchen in a high volume restaurant or hotel. Banquet experience and a culinary degree are desireable. Pastry experience a plus. The ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Host/Hostess works as part of a team to ensure that IHR customers receive excellent customer service. S/he is responsible for: greeting and efficiently seating guests in a restaurant that is properly maintained; supervising all staff; and maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room. Requirements include: knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations; written and verbal English language communication skills; the ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items; and the ability to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. Must be friendly and outgoing. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Previous host experience required. Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.

Pastry cook is a members of the Food & Beverage Team. S/he is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures. This individual is required to be detailed oriented, works well in a team environment and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
Must be able to prepare and decorate baked pastries, cakes and cookies from scratch. Must work well with others and be creative. The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required. Knowledge of general ingredients, mixing procedures and equipment required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Previous hospitality experience prefered.

Sous Chef assists in the training and supervision of the kitchen team. S/he is also responsible for assisting in food preparation according to hotel's high standards and great recipes. This individual must have the ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates. Candidate must have five years of cooking experience in a high volume, quality oriented restaurant or hotel. Scratch cooking techniques using only fresh ingredients are necessary. Must have the ability to work as a part of a team and train new associates. The ability to work a flexible schedule is required, including days, nights weekends and holidays.

General Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for: providing maintenance repairs to resort units, public areas and administrative offices: repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs. Requirements include: a working knowledge of refrigeration; air conditioning; electric; plumbing; kitchen equipment and other mechanical devices; ability to meet the physical demands of the position, such as heavy lifting, working on ladders, and standing or walking for extended periods of time. Minimum of three years previous experience in working with commercial kitchen equipment, basic plumbing, electrical, painting and staining required. Experience in HVAC preferred.
