Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for: effective management and direction of the restaurant operations in reference to quality, service, and supervision of team members; monitoring and ensuring consistent high standards in food production; and cost control and inventory. A minimum of one year of experience as a manager, or assistant manager, of a restaurant operation required. The ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required. Previous bartending experience required. |
