Full Time, Salary Manager will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising the restaurant associates for an efficient operation. You will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. You should have at least 2 years, or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant management experience. Ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, creative and experienced Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, strong food and wine knowledge, and an intense desire to provide extraordinary dining experiences and exceptional hosptitality. In addition, the candidate should be extremely detail oriented and a problem solver, have experience training and managing a front of the house staff and have strong organizational skills. The ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is essential. |
