Develop award winning wine list to compliment Chef's menu. The Wine and Beverage Director will manage a team of sophisticated professionals, and will provide creative solutions to increase beverage sales to exceed budget. A hands-on manager with strong organizational, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is best suited for this position.
Restaurant Managers coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver product and service to restaurant guests. You will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising the restaurant associates for an efficient operation. You will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. You should have at least 2 years, or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant management experience.Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the beverage program including staff training.
