JazzBoston presents Jazz All Ways at RegattaBar, Big Boston Baritone Benefit. Boston has a lengthy history of outstanding baritone saxophonists, going back to Harry Carney with Duke Ellington’s Orchestra and Serge Chaloff with Woody Herman’s band. Baritone-sister, Claire Daly, has been battling cancer and the Big Boston Baritone Benefit is to help her Go-Fund-Me campaign. You’ll hear a set of compositions by some of the baritone master's as well as a jam session with invited Baritone guests.
