Situated just off the lobby, the Pavilion offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal setting for milestone events and family gatherings of 50 to 250 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding landscape, while glass doors open from the pre-function space to the Lower Courtyard, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.

From intimate graduation dinners of 15 overlooking the Courtyard to lively Mitzvah celebrations with dancing for 350 in the Ballroom, our third-floor function spaces set an elegant stage for honoring academic distinction and life’s most meaningful occasions.

Adjacent to historic Harvard Square and embraced by brick architecture, the Lower Courtyard offers an open-air canvas for milestone gatherings - whether relaxed receptions or elevated dining - providing a setting that honors achievement and creates memories that endure.

Nestled behind The Charles Hotel and connected to the Lower Courtyard via terraced brick stairs, the Upper Courtyard is a tranquil setting for distinguished milestone events. Seasonal trees and plantings are thoughtfully integrated throughout the brick patio, creating a coveted backdrop for gatherings.

With sweeping views of historic Harvard Square and the Lower Courtyard, the iconic Regattabar is a distinctive setting for milestone gatherings with up to 225 guests. Standing receptions, presentations, and formal dining are all beautifully accommodated beneath soaring ceilings.  Dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows bath the space in natural light by day.  At night, the glowing Cambridge cityscape evokes a sense of legacy and elegance for celebrating life's significant moments.
