Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM.

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in to a hotel room.

Yes, The Charles is a pet-friendly hotel, however, we have a per stay fee of $75 for deep cleaning except for service and emotional support dogs. We advise our guests to not leave their pets unattended.

Please visit our Front Desk to purchase a gift card, or call the Front Desk at 617-864-1200 to purchase one over the phone. The gift cards are redeemable at any outlet of the hotel, except Bar Enza and Corbu Spa & Salon unless charges are signed to the room.

Yes, all dining outlets in the hotel validate self-parking tickets. Validation rates remain the same for all restaurant outlets, Henrietta’s Table, Regattabar, Noir, Bar Enza and Pronto: $10 for up to 3 hours. $4.00 off thereafter.

However, overnight parking is a flat rate of $50 and $55 for Valet.

Self-parking is $50 per night, and Valet-parking is $55 per night. Both options include in & out privilege. For more information regarding parking rates please visit The Charles Square Garage website.

Yes, Avis and Budget car rental are available in the lobby, and their operation hours are:

Weekdays: 8 AM - 6 PM

Weekends: 7 AM - 5 PM

Yes, it is in the lobby, and it is managed by Cambridge Saving Bank.

Yes, there is a fitness center located on the first floor of the hotel.

No, we do not have a swimming pool.

Yes, Corbu Spa & Salon is available on the second-floor courtyard, and their operation hours are:

Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM

Sunday 11 AM - 6 PM

Henrietta's Table is open for Breakfast: 7AM - 11AM (Daily), Lunch: 12PM - 2PM (Weekdays), 12PM - 3PM (Saturday), 12:30PM to 3:00PM (Sunday Buffet) Supper: 5PM - 9PM (Daily).

NOIR open Monday and Tuesday 4PM - 12PM, Wednesday - Saturday 4PM - 1AM (CLOSED Sundays). Their kitchen is open Monday - Saturday 5 - 11:30 PM.

Bar Enza is open 5PM - 10PM (Mon - Sat) (CLOSED Sundays).
PRONTO is OPEN from 7AM-3PM (Mon-Fri).

Tickets are available online on the Regatta Bar's website as well as can be purchased at the door the day of the show. *If there are tickets still available.*
