First Floor

Sitting adjacent to the lower courtyard, and rooted in the legacy of Harvard University, our lobby-level Pavilion is designed for ease and versatility. Accommodating 10-250 guests, these comfortable event spaces provide seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity and natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Third Floor

Designed to promote comfort, focus, and purpose, our flexible meeting spaces offer an elevated setting for gatherings ranging from executive sessions of 10 in the Doriot boardroom to large-scale conferences of 400 in the expansive Ballroom. Each space fosters collaboration and enhanced productivity.

Outdoor

Aside historic Harvard Square and situated next to The Charles Hotel lobby, Pavilion and tree-lined pathway, the Lower Courtyard perfectly suited for alfresco breaks, outdoor lunches or evening receptions for conference attendees.

Nestled behind The Charles Hotel and adorned with seasonal trees and plantings, the Upper Courtyard provides a serene space blending nature with understated elegance, ideally suited for receptions and outdoor dining

Regattabar

Perched above the Lower Courtyard and showcasing a panoramic view of Harvard Square, the iconic Regattabar is a coveted backdrop for occasions of all types. Boasting high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, daytime gatherings will enjoy the natural light that fills the space, while evening events are elevated by the glowing cityscape of Cambridge.
